Quarterly Grief Gatherings
QUARTERLY. Tuesdays from 6:30-7:30pm AK (Virtual)
Join this quarterly virtual gathering to honor your grief and to bear witness to others' grief, all in a safe community space. All griefs and loss are welcome - from loss of a human loved one, to loss of an animal companion, job loss, loss of physical abilities, relationship loss/change, death anniversaries, environmental grief, etc. During the gatherings we will have opportunities to share our griefs, do guided meditation, and explore other practices to process our grief.

These gatherings are offered free of charge. If you able to, we appreciate a donation of $10 or more. These funds are used to support individuals and families in need with reduced cost or pro-bono services via our Community Fund. You can pay via Venmo (below) or PayPal.
